As real estate agents it is perfectly legal to rebate my clients as much money as I would like after closing.
So I have chosen to give my clients a large part of my commission. That is money that is given to you in a check within seven days after closing.
Your next question might be. How much would I get?
If you are a member of the GHD club, and you buy from me one of the homes that is listed by my partner, Carl Reed, of John L Scott, and that seller is participating in our program, 99% of his sellers are, you will receive 2% of the sales price. This is not Carl's commission, it is mine. Yes, this can be a lot of MONEY.

You might now be thinking WHY? why would I give away so much of my commission. The answer is simple, Carl and I have been working as partners for many years, and since he will be getting paid on the listing side I can sacrifice on the selling side.
